Production
Our production lines are conveniently planned and implemented to meet all customers' demands for
Color, Finish, Size, Form and Package.
Coloring

PVD coating
PVD Coating refers to a variety of thin film deposition techniques where a solid material is vaporized in a vacuum environment and deposited on substrates as a pure material or alloy composition coating. The materials we use are Titanium-alloys.

Copper plating

Spray paint
With the correct surface preparation and a suitable primer, spray paint will adhere to the non-porous stainless steel.
Surface finishing

8K mirror

Etching

Patina
Patina by artisans. Also know as Antique.

Polish

Scratch Resistant
Anti-scratch coating
Mechanical

CNC Laser cutting
Fine cutting, usually for thin materials.

CNC Laser engraving
A lighter alternative to Etching, yet more efficent and less costly.

CNC Planer
To plane a bend line to avoid distortion

Cut-to-Length
In the Cut To Length Line, the materials are cut to the desired length after passing through the levellers (rectifier) to gain linearity.

Slitting
The slitting line is cut from the width. Thus, the desired width of the coil is reached. In the slitting line, even a few mm of edge cutting, as well as narrow coils or strips with a width as narrow as 10 mm can be made in our service centre.

Stamping
A tool and die surface form the metal into the desired shape. Punching, blanking, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging are all stamping techniques used to shape the metal.

Sheet Metal Cutting Twisting
Cut - Plane - Bend
It is a manufacturing process that allows metal sheets to be formed into predetermined shapes by cutting, planing and then bending them.
